Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Boomiya! Each item we make is created with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are handmade or made-to-order, we want to make sure your experience is clear and worry-free. 

Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. 
• To start a return, please contact us at Boomiya.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. 

 

Non-returnable items

Due to the handmade nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned: 

• Custom or personalized items
• Digital downloads
• Sale items

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

 

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Shipping costs

Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
